JOBS JO’MACH 241 – CNC gantry machining centre
The JOBS JO’MACH 241 is a high-performance CNC gantry machining centre designed for the precise machining of large, heavy and complex workpieces. The robust design, featuring a fixed gantry and a movable worktable, ensures high rigidity and stable machining conditions.
With travel ranges of 3,500 mm on the X-axis, 2,500 mm on the Y-axis and 1,250 mm on the Z-axis, the machine offers a generous working area. The clearance between the columns is approximately 2,200 mm. The worktable, measuring approximately 3,000 × 1,500 mm, is designed to accommodate workpieces weighing up to 12,000 kg.
The two-axis, swivelling milling head enables the machining of complex contours and hard-to-reach surfaces in multiple spatial directions. This makes the JO’MACH 241 particularly suitable for applications in tool and mould making, general mechanical engineering, and the manufacture of large structural, turbine and mould components.
The machine is operated via a Siemens Sinumerik 840D CNC control system. The fully enclosed working area, together with the integrated coolant and chip conveyor system, ensures safe and cost-effective operation.
