Description

The milling plant with milling and opening-up machine REKORD BR-ex
(explosion proof up to 3 bar absolute) is intended exclusively for grinding PUR (polyurethane) foam.

Data of the processable material:
- pre-comminuted PUR foam pieces max. 20mm
- humidity so that milling is still possible
- throughput volume=approx. 130kg/h

Drives:
- 5 drives (all geared motors) for roller dosing units, mill drive (squirrel cage motor), mixer, discharge screw conveyor, bucket wheel
